For families and visitors with children from 6 years old, we offer the Snuba tour. This activity consists of a minimum immersion of 5 feet , similar to snorkeling, but with the possibility of breathing through a hose with a regulator, using fins, mask and weight.
The underwater breathing system allows the swimmer to use equipment as in scuba diving, but connected to a several-meter hose that provides air from a compressor.
Snuba is ideal as an introduction to diving , it does not require certification and is always practiced under the supervision of a certified professional guide, after a brief instruction.
Activity details:
From Monday to Saturday , we offer two departure times: at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm , and on Sundays at 8:00 am. We pick up our clients at their place of accommodation and meet at the Portofino marina. From there, we take a boat to the point where the Snuba activity takes place, a dive with hoses that lasts approximately 15-20 minutes.
This underwater breathing system will allow you to enjoy the experience with the additional security of being connected to a hose several meters long .
