XPLOR BY DAY

In daily activities, you can discover the interior of the earth by swimming, walking or rowing the rafts on the rivers. How to get?

Xplor Park is located 56 kilometers from the Cancun International Airport, on Federal Highway 307, kilometer 282, 6 kilometers south of Playa del Carmen and 55 kilometers north of Tulum.

If you are staying in Playa del Carmen , the location is very simple; since, Xplor is a neighbor of the Xcaret and Xenses parks.

If you go by taxi from Cancun , the journey is about 70 minutes; while, from Playa del Carmen it can be about 15 minutes.

Additional Recommendations:

• The activities in the Xplor park are recommended for children over 5 years of age (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: for the Zip Line activity, a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
• Wear a bathing suit, water shoes, and insect repellent; Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
• Your sunscreens, repellents, and sunscreens should only contain Titanium Oxide and Zinc Oxide for use in the Park. If you do not meet this requirement, there is a module at the entrance where you can exchange them for a chemical-free sample; your products will be returned to you upon departure.

• Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
• If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain, or get dizzy easily, certain activities in the Park are not recommended.
• To carry out the Zip-line activity, the maximum weight is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must be adjusted correctly and have a minimum height of 1.10 m, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to carry out the activity.
• Activities have height and weight requirements. For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m; for Rafts and Swimming in the Stalactite River it is 1 m; for Hamaquating it is a minimum of 1 m in height and a maximum of 136 kg in weight.
• Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, they will not be refundable.
• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
