This ferry has departures to Isla Mujeres every half hour from Puerto Juarez, Playa Tortugas and Playa Caracol.
The tour is approximately 25 minutes.
In Puerto Juarez: from 5:30 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight)
At Caracol Beach: from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
At Playa Tortugas: from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Note: anyone from 1.20 m tall pays an adult ticket
Children under 1 year old do not pay a ticket (they require a boarding ticket)

Your ticket includes a maximum luggage of 25 kg and without exceeding the measurements: 40x60x80 cm
If you bring pets, they must travel in designated areas on a leash or crate (carrier).
