Garrafon Park opens its doors at 9:00 AM from Tuesday to Sunday
Location: Carretera Garrafón Lote 9 Kilometer 6, 77400 QR in Isla Mujeres. If you are in Isla Mujeres, we recommend taking a taxi. If you are in Cancun, we have 1 free ferry service that leaves at 9:00 AM from Marina Aquatours at KM 6.5 of the Hotel Zone and returns at 05:30 PM according to your reserved program for which you must arrive minimum 40 minutes to check in and receive the identification bracelet with which you can board the ferry.
ATTENTION, you can buy one of the following tickets:
Normal pass: national open bar on board and in the Garrafon park (only available for those over 18 years of age), buffet food in the Garrafon Natural Park, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, kayaks, swimming pool and a zip line activity, lockers and showers, temazcal (subject to availability), lounge chairs.
VIP Pass: VIP Lounge (infinity pool, lounge chairs), unlimited zip line, gourmet buffet food (“The View” Restaurant), international open bar, temazcal (Subject to availability), lockers, showers, lounge chairs, round-trip maritime transportation, use of kayaks , vests and snorkeling equipment.
Additional Recommendations:
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes
- Use biodegradable sunscreen
- Life jackets must be used for water activities.
- For safety reasons, women more than 5 months pregnant are not allowed to participate in water activities. Women less than 5 months pregnant may participate only when accompanied by an adult and having signed a letter of responsibility.
- It is important to arrive 40 minutes before the meeting point for the ferry departure

Departure time and place: 9:00 AM - Carretera Garrafón Lote 9 Kilometer 6, 77400 QR in Isla Mujeres. If you are in Cancun remember to arrive at 8:20 AM for the only ferry that leaves from the Marina Aquatours at KM 6.5 of the Hotel Zone
Return time: At 5:30 the Ferry returns to the same starting point in Cancun. It is recommended to be there from 4:40 PM
