Xenses Park

Xenses is a half-day park with fantastic activities and settings that will stimulate your senses to the fullest. You will have tours on different routes: the Route of Making you will find a crazy Mexican town that will test your balance, a dizzying descent on a slide, a zip line and a natural spa with activities to immerse yourself in the mud, float in a river of salt and purify yourself with abundant jets of water, among other activities; Also, on the Route of Feeling you will take a sensory journey through different ecosystems in complete darkness, a path to feel like a giant and like a small person, a space called Eden to interact with nature, the interior of the earth between caves and caverns, fun optical illusions and delicious lemonade in a citrus garden. This unique theme park that offers sensory experiences and interactive activities that challenge the perception and senses of visitors.

You will enjoy more than 50 fantastic scenarios: there is a heart made of hearts, you can lift the weight of the world with your hands, float inside a pool without getting wet, receive a kiss from a huge face made of stone, feel like superman in the fortress of solitude and visit the house upside down, among many others.

The Xenses park is located next to the Xcaret and Xplor parks at km 282 of the Chetumal - Puerto Juárez highway in the Riviera Maya. It is located 74 km from Cancun and 6 km from Playa del Carmen.

You can get there on your own, as we have free parking.

If you are in Cancun: Distance: 74 km in the direction of Tulum from the Cancun International Airport. Travel time: approximately 1 hour.

If you are in Playa del Carmen: Distance: 6 km, in the direction of Tulum, from Playa del Carmen. Travel time: approximately 15 minutes.

If you are in Tulum: Distance: in the direction of Playa del Carmen, 57 km north of Tulum. Travel time: approximately 45 minutes.

Additional Recommendations:

• For your visit wear a bathing suit, water shoes and comfortable clothes.
• Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
• Your sunscreens, repellents, and sunscreens should only contain Titanium Oxide and Zinc Oxide for use in the Park.
• Remember to bring cash or a card to buy souvenirs from your visit or enjoy a sandwich at Xnack or La Parrilla.
• To enter the park alone, it is essential to be over 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
• It lasts approximately 5 hours.
• Visitors with a disability must always be accompanied by a family member or friend who assists them at all times.
• Some activities are not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia or easily dizzy, who have recent surgery, back pain or who weigh more than 136 kg, or for pregnant women. For the Zip Lines the minimum height required is 1.40 m. and the minimum weight required is 40 kg.
• . It is essential that they present official identification at the Park ticket offices. In case of not doing so, the minor rate will be applied to those who measure between 1 m and 1.40 in height.
• For your safety, avoid using a selfie stick, cane or sports camera float in activities.
• The Slide and Bird Flight activities include aquatic areas with a depth between 1.10 m and 1.70 m deep. For safety, it is recommended that in these activities children have a minimum height of 1.10 m, and that both adults and children know how to swim. The activities are carried out individually.
• The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children from the age of five, as long as the harness fits them correctly.
• Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the original date of arrival are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, they will not be refundable. Any change in the visit date may be subject to rate changes.
• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
