Diving for beginners

Embark on an exciting diving adventure in Cancun, which begins at 10:30 AM (you must show up in advance) and runs until 4:00 to 4:30 PM. This comprehensive package includes two hours of diving lessons, combining theory and practice in the pool so that you feel safe and prepared underwater. With the guidance of expert instructors , you will learn the basic and fundamental techniques to enjoy your dives to the fullest.

After mastering the basics, you'll be ready to explore the underwater wonders of Cancun. With two tank dives scheduled, you will have the opportunity to dive in two emblematic locations: the MUSA Underwater Museum and the Manchones Reef. Admire the incredible variety of marine life as you glide between the museum's colorful structures and the vibrant corals of the reef. Additionally, the National Marine Park fee is included in the package , as is all necessary equipment, from wetsuit to tanks and weights , ensuring a worry-free diving experience. With purified water at your disposal , everything is ready for you to immerse yourself in this exciting underwater world.

Activity details:

We will begin this adventure at 10:30 AM (you must show up in advance) from the address: Blvd Kukulcan Km 16.261, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, QR, México.

It begins with theoretical and practical classes in the pool (approximately 2 hours)
Departure on the boat at 1:00 PM
Dive with 2 tanks: 1 dive at the MUSA underwater museum and 1 dive at the Manchones reef

The return is from 4:00 to 4:30 PM to the same starting point.

Note: you must read the recommendations and cancellation policies before booking the tour

Additional Recommendations:

• You MUST know how to swim.
• People with asthma, high blood pressure, heart problems, lung injuries, epilepsy, or recent major surgeries are not allowed to dive.
• Keep in mind that after diving you will need to rest 12 - 24 hours before taking a plane.
• People who wish to do this activity must know how to swim.
• Bring towels, a swimsuit and/or anything else for personal care that you think you will use.
• No sunscreen/sunblocks (not even biodegradable) are allowed to protect the corals.
• As the activity is from a boat, ONLY IF NECESSARY, we suggest taking anti-nausea pills 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for better effects.

Note: Cancellations are not made due to normal rains (since people are going to get wet anyway), but it depends on the orders of the Harbor Master, who decide if the departure can be made or not (even if the day is sunny or windy). Please read the cancellation policies before booking.
